Thank you for your interest in Echo Lake and allowing us the opportunity to provide our services to you. To ensure the process goes smoothly for all parties, the following guidelines are in effect for all applications.

Application Submission
All persons 18 yrs of age or older must complete an application and be screened prior to residency.
- Application must be completed in its entirety and faxed, e-mailed, or brought to the office in person.
- $30 Application Fee per Application
We will contact you to verify and/or collect the following documents for all occupants age 18 & over*
Please Include:
- Copy of valid identification (Driver’s License or state issued ID)
- Copy of Social Security Card or proof of legal US Residency
- Copy of two most recent pay stubs or proof of income (Management can advise of document type necessary)
Pay stubs or proof of income only needed for applicant and co-applicant
If you are self-employed, we will need your most recent tax return to verify income
*Additional information may be necessary to complete the verification process.

We love our residents and our pets are no exception! Pets are welcome security deposit free, but we do have some conditions in place to maintain a safe and comfortable community.
Pet Fee: $25/pet/month
- Prior approval is required for all pets (ask first/acquire later)
- Pets runs, fences, or dog houses are prohibited.
- Proof of rabies vaccine is requiredÂ
- All pets must be leashed and under an adult’s control when out of doors
- All droppings must be picked up promptlyÂ
- Properly verified Assistance Animals are welcome
- We do not allow dangerous or aggressive breeds of animals, as defined by insurance carrier.
- All Residents must register with Petscreening.com at time of application to verify pet ownership or to verify you are a no pet household. A Fee applies for households with pets.
